All products are subject to availability.

Most of our hardware is used, refurbished, or pulled from enterprise environments. Condition is described to the best of our knowledge.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Euro (€) and include Estonian VAT (unless otherwise stated).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before shipment. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (outside the EU) are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
14-day return policy applies for most products (EU consumer rights). The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Warranty varies by product — please check the individual product page. Most enterprise GPUs have limited or no manufacturer warranty as they are second-hand.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunnyTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, product information) is the property of SunnyTech or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not use our content without prior written permission.
